Does installation require cutting wires?

When the correct supported configuration is selected, the kit is designed to mate with the supported factory connectors without cutting the original vehicle harness. Stop and contact support if a connector does not match.

Which factory functions are retained?

Feature retention varies by vehicle configuration. Only functions specifically listed in this product description are supported; additional setup or optional adapters may be required.

What if a connector or fascia does not match?

Do not force the connector, trim the fascia or cut wiring. Photograph the dashboard, original unit, connectors and supplied labels, then email service@zenhax.email with your order number.

How long does delivery take?

What is the return and shipping responsibility?

Contact service@zenhax.email before returning any product. For change-of-mind returns, request authorization within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging; the customer pays authorized return shipping.

ZENHAX pays authorized return shipping for verified defects or quality problems that prevent normal use, wrong items, missing listed components, or a product that does not match the fitment ZENHAX confirmed in writing before shipment using complete and accurate vehicle details. For an installed product that does not function correctly, contact us within 30 days after delivery; the full policy explains the claim conditions. Reasonable installation or testing does not automatically disqualify these claims.

Customer-caused damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, missing parts, or contamination may affect eligibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
