Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZENHAX website, online store, products, content, and related services operated by WONDFUL (HK) TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("ZENHAX," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under the account. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.

3. Product information and vehicle compatibility

Vehicle-specific electronics and installation kits may depend on make, model, year, trim, region, left- or right-hand drive, factory audio package, amplifier, climate controls, connector configuration, and other equipment. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and factory-system information. We may contact you to confirm compatibility before fulfillment.

Product titles, descriptions, compatibility tables, included-component lists, and written order confirmations control over general marketing images. A fascia, wiring harness, CAN Bus interface, accessory, head unit, display, camera, or other component is included only when the applicable product page or order confirmation expressly lists it. A head unit or display is not included with a dash kit unless expressly stated.

We work to keep information accurate, but typographical errors or product updates may occur. We may correct errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may verify payment, inventory, shipping information, fraud indicators, and vehicle compatibility before acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or unresolved compatibility information. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will issue the required refund.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. You are responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, and other government assessments unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed. If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide notice, a revised date or other information, and the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, title and risk of accidental loss pass when the order is delivered to the delivery address or recipient designated by you, not merely when it is handed to a carrier.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, incorrect shipments, missing accessories, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a product to our corporate address or return warehouse without authorization.

8. Installation, safety, and lawful use

Automotive electronics should be installed by a qualified professional when you are not trained to perform the work. Disconnect power and follow the vehicle manufacturer's procedures, product instructions, and applicable safety rules. Do not cut factory wiring unless the product instructions expressly require it. Stop installation if connectors, voltage, dimensions, or vehicle configuration do not match the confirmed product.

You are responsible for using products safely and legally, including compliance with traffic, distracted-driving, video-display, camera, radio, privacy, and vehicle-modification laws. Do not operate or configure a device in a way that distracts the driver.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our responsibility for a defective product, an incorrect item, or inaccurate fitment guidance supplied by us where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Warranty

Any voluntary commercial warranty applies only when stated in a product-specific written warranty, product page, or order document. Warranty provider, period, coverage, remedies, exclusions, and shipping responsibility may vary by product. Proof of purchase and reasonable diagnostic information may be required. Commercial warranty terms do not replace or reduce statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

10. Intellectual property

The website, ZENHAX branding, product content, graphics, photographs, videos, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and support purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating and promoting the services, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, conduct unauthorized automated extraction, submit false information, commit fraud, or abuse promotions, returns, chargebacks, or support channels.

13. Third-party services and links

The services may rely on or link to third-party providers, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, maps, media, and social platforms. Their independent services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct beyond responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

14. Service availability and disclaimers

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website functions for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Product warranties and non-waivable consumer guarantees remain governed by their applicable written terms and law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Our aggregate liability arising from a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective goods where liability cannot be excluded, breach of non-waivable consumer rights, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnity for unlawful use

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by us.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts that cannot be waived under the law of your usual residence.

Before filing a claim, please contact service@zenhax.email so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally. This request does not shorten or suspend any legal deadline unless both parties agree in writing.

18. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. These Terms, the order confirmation, and incorporated policies form the agreement for use of the services and the relevant order.
