What happens if I don't like it?

If you are dissatisfied with a product that functions normally or change your mind, contact service@zenhax.email within 30 days after delivery to request authorization. The customer is responsible for authorized return shipping, and the product must remain complete and in a condition suitable for resale.

What's the returns policy?

Reasonable installation or testing does not automatically prevent a return. The customer is responsible for authorized return shipping when a normally functioning product is returned because of dissatisfaction, change of mind, wrong selection, or when the actual vehicle, trim, factory audio system, screen, connectors, or other configuration differs from the information supplied before purchase.

A refund is not available when customer-caused installation, modification, damage, missing parts, misuse, or contamination leaves the product unsuitable for resale, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
