Built specifically for Ram 1500 and Ram 2500 models from 2013–2018, the SkyLine Series features a large 11.5" IN-CELL QLED touchscreen with 1200 × 2000 2K resolution for sharp graphics, clear navigation and a modern in-dash experience.

Powered by a responsive Octa-Core processor, the system delivers smooth operation and efficient multitasking. Available memory configurations include 4GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB.

High & Low Trim Compatible — Auto A/C & Manual A/C

The 11.5" multimedia head unit remains the same for both high- and low-trim configurations. To match different factory dashboards, simply install the corresponding faceplate and button frame for your original A/C setup. Whether your Ram is equipped with Auto A/C or Manual A/C, there is no need to change the main unit — only the matching faceplate and button frame are required.

Flush-Mount & Plug-and-Play Installation: Precision-engineered to follow the original dashboard contours for a clean, streamlined appearance. The vehicle-specific kit connects to the factory wiring harness without complex rewiring. The patented Tomahawk-style design also features a multifunction knob for convenient operation.
Compatibility: Ram 1500 / Ram 2500, model years 2013–2018. Compatible with both high- and low-trim models, including Auto A/C and Manual A/C configurations. The main 11.5" head unit is shared between configurations; simply use the corresponding faceplate and button frame to match your original dashboard. This product includes a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty for covered defects. Contact service@zenhax.email with your order number, vehicle details, photos, and a description of the issue so we can troubleshoot and confirm the available remedy.

What happens if I don't like it?

If you are dissatisfied with a product that functions normally or change your mind, contact service@zenhax.email within 30 days after delivery to request authorization. The customer is responsible for authorized return shipping, and the product must remain complete and in a condition suitable for resale.

How fast is shipping?

What's the returns policy?

Reasonable installation or testing does not automatically prevent a return. ZENHAX pays authorized return shipping when a verified product defect or quality problem prevents normal use, when we shipped the wrong item or omitted a listed component, or when complete and accurate vehicle details were supplied but the product did not match the configuration confirmed by ZENHAX.

The customer is responsible for authorized return shipping when a normally functioning product is returned because of dissatisfaction, change of mind, wrong selection, or when the actual vehicle, trim, factory audio system, screen, connectors, or other configuration differs from the information supplied before purchase.

A refund is not available when customer-caused installation, modification, damage, missing parts, misuse, or contamination leaves the product unsuitable for resale, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
